The MagnetPlanet FAQs page is here to answer your questions. We can’t answer ALL of your questions. I don’t know who shot Kennedy. I couldn’t say for sure whether Hans or Greedo shot first. Absolutely cannot answer any questions about the plot of Inception, and no idea why Metallica produced St. Anger. Is it free shipping on, like, EVERYTHING?
Yep. Online shopping for quirky stuff already feels like a shipping lottery. You’ve all been there, right? You find something really cool, you think “yes, I’ll order that”, and then the shipping quote comes up as the equivalent of the GDP of a small nation. We don’t want that, so we factor shipping costs into the price tag we put on our magnets. If you are in the UK, your order is shipped to you for free.
How long is delivery?
We send everything through Royal Mail Second Class delivery, so delivery will take between 3-5 days from the time we despatch your order. Most orders will be sent out either the same or next working day, though please note if we are busy it may take an extra day or so on rare occasions.
20% off when I buy 2 or more magnets. How does that work?
From a technical standpoint, you simply put 2 magnets into your basket, then the discount is automatically applied for you. No messing around trying to remember (or copying and pasting) coupon names. Just straight up, simple discount. All done for you. And yes, before you ask, it’s still free shipping to the UK when you buy multiple magnets.
I’m looking for <insert movie/game/album here>, do you have it?
We’ve tried hard (and continue to do so) to build a massive collection of available magnets, and new lines are coming onto the site all the time. I live in another country. Can I still buy your items?
Of course! While free shipping only applies to the UK, we’re happy to ship internationally too. There’s different options for international shipping you can choose from. We’re still trying to get our heads around this Brexit lark, too.
Do you sell anything other than magnets?
Yep! We have designed around 1,000 or so lines that we will be making available in coaster format soon, at both a basic plastic coaster and a premium glass option. We’re also just launched our bespoke design A4 posters for iconic video game series. Being only two of us, these things take time. We also have to write things like this MagnetPlanet FAQs page, too.

Is Die Hard a Christmas Movie?
Yes. Die Hard is absolutely a Christmas movie. We still sell the magnet all year round, but we do the same for Home Alone and Love Actually, too.
What’s your favourite magnet from the entire MagnetPlanet range?
It’s probably our Legend of Zelda one. The original NES version. It was the first magnet I ever designed and made, and it will always be my favourite. Plus, it’s one of my favourite gaming series, too.
